John Nolan was President of Chadstone Lacrosse Club in 1983 when he donated this cup to acknowledge the services of our Junior coaches. The Nolan Cup was initially awarded to the coach who had “been the most efficient and conscientious coach who achieved maximum improvement of their players.”
Over the years, the criteria for this award has broadened to include members who have made outstanding contributions to Junior Development.
