The U17 team commenced the season with just 7 players, and the decision was made to combine with Caulfield with the same number. The "CC's  was formed. Coached by Sue McSolvin and Managed by Lyn Small.

" In the Grand Final they defeated Footscary 11-9, after being down 7 goals to nil fifteen minutes into the game. It was Footscrays first defeat for the season."
